How to make a domestic return or exchange online -

  • To start, head over to our Returns Center and have your order number or email address handy.
  • Click ‘Return Item’ for the product(s) you wish to return.
  • Complete the guided steps within the Return Center, selecting if you’d like to return the item or possibly exchange for another size, and obtain a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • If the item is defective, damaged or received incorrectly, we will bear the prepaid return label fee; if the customer does not like/does not need the product, the customer will bear the prepaid return label fee and we will deduct the prepaid return label fee from the total refund
  • Follow the instructions on how to send back your item(s).
  • Once your item is returned to the warehouse, you will be refunded to your original method of payment.
  • The courier company we cooperated with recently no longer cooperates with us, so we cannot help you to purchase prepaid return labels recently. Please contact us at hello@sarema.com for return information, and we will analyze who will bear the return shipping according to the actual situation. 

You’ll notice with our new Returns Center that an Instant Refund credit is now available for qualified returns. You can use this credit to make new purchases immediately, using an online gift-code. If you elect not to use the credit, your original payment method will be refunded once we’ve received your item(s).

Please note: you have 30 days to send your item back for a full refund. Items that have been worn or used will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to make an international return or exchange online -


We are currently looking for ways to improve our international shipping prices and returns policy. At the moment, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside the U.S. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact customer service for more info.
